Aloha kakou! Interested in being a little more active? Come try our new exercise program with Lokahi Fitness for this introductory period starting July 5th. All fitness levels welcome.
Classes will be held outdoors so don’t forget to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated. There will be a mix of exercises and everything can be modified to fit you and where you are on your fitness journey.
This introductory period will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, starting July 5th at 6:00am and 6:00pm for only $5.00 a class. Come try out this supportive group and get moving outside again. Follow the link to register:
