  1. Things have changed in Kapolei which I hope is addressed by VOK. The Kamaaha Avenue has not been swept for a long time! Fallen/cut branches have been left in the median divider. The grass are very overgrown on both Kamaaha and Kealanani. They’re so overgrown as to be a hazard, not to mention the pollen that’s being blown about by the winds. If I’m not mistaken, there used to be a fountain and a very attractive rock formation on the corner of Kealanani and Farrington, now it’s just an unsightly pile of overgrown grass, rocks and sometimes trash.

    1. Aloha Cynthia, Thank you for the message! Yes, we are aware of everything you have mentioned in your message. The parcels you are referring to is owned by the State and not by Villages of Kapolei Association even though it’s within Villages of Kapolei. The State contracts an organization called HHFDC. Here is the contact information for HHFDC if you need it: email: HHFDCVOKmaintenance@hawaii.gov and phone number 808-587-0494. We will help by contacting them on our end as well, but please feel free to contact them too. Mahalo!
