Whether it’s a celebration for a first birthday, wedding, or graduation, we can help. In order to book a function, primary homeowners must bring in their membership card and the $250 deposit to sign the contract. All tables, chairs, and white tablecloths are set up by the time you arrive so all you need to do is set out the decorations the first hour. All decorations must be free-standing and all emergency doors kept clear. Pricing is the same. Both halls can fit 240 guests maximum. If you are interested in having any sort of vendors like a photo booth, face painter, balloon twister, games, etc. you will need to decrease your guest count to accommodate them. All hall rental activities must be inside.

Located at 91-1111 Kama’aha Loop, Rec 1 is the original facility with an elevated stage and a Lanai for your food and/or vendors. There is no AC on the Lanai, but the tile floor makes for an easier cleanup.
Our newest facility is across the street of Rec 1 and is located at 91-1050 Kama’aha Loop. This hall has all carpet floors with AC throughout the entire building. The stage is a smaller alcove with no elevation. The kitchen comes with a commercial size fridge and freezer for those extra trays of food. There is also an ice machine that parties are welcome to use if they need. Please keep in mind, all party activities must be kept inside the facility at all times.
