I am also wanting to know who is responsible for the maintenance of the grass on kapolei parkway and Kama’aha Avenue and by the kapolei middle school? Is that the responsibility of the Kapolei association
maintenance or the city and county?
Aloha! Thank you so much for reaching out on our website! Yes, homeowners can attend the board meetings. What Village are you in? The grass at that particular place is the State’s property. HHFDC oversees that parcel.
